BUILD

Put the agreed plan to work.

We turn an approved plan into systems, connected data and reporting that support your team’s daily work.

When the plan is ready, but the work is still fragmented.

BUILD puts an approved direction into practice where day-to-day work needs connected systems, information and reporting.

  • Information gets lost between teams.

Customer work crosses systems and handoffs without a reliable shared view.

  • Reports do not agree.

Teams work from different definitions or information when they need to act together.

  • Routine steps stay manual.

Repeatable work still depends on people moving information between tools.

Start from the direction you already have

Significant construction begins only when the relevant design has been validated and the remaining decisions are clear enough to agree implementation scope.

  • You have an approved Blueprint

An approved Revenue Engineering Blueprint can provide the direction for BUILD. We confirm scope, dependencies and acceptance criteria before construction begins.

  • You have an existing design or transition plan

Nebworx can review the plan through the appropriate separately scoped paid Architecture Validation or Transition Validation engagement. A new Blueprint is not automatic; the review establishes whether the design is clear enough to proceed with an agreed BUILD scope.

What we build

System Construction brings the agreed work together across four areas. Nebworx coordinates the areas relevant to your approved scope; they are not four required stages or a compulsory package.

One coordinated build, guided by the approved scope
  • Customer and revenue systems

    Revenue Systems

Configure the systems that support enquiries, customer work, sales or service, including the agreed steps, ownership, permissions and handoffs.

  • Information and system moves

    Data Engineering & System Transition

Prepare, connect or move information where needed, keeping identities, relationships and business meaning intact. A move can require agreed mapping, ordered loading and checks of what arrived or needs attention.

  • Management information

    Intelligence & Analytics

Build the agreed data flows and reports so teams can work from consistent definitions and leaders can see what is happening.

  • Repeatable work

    Automation & AI

Add automation where the process, information and human responsibility are clear. Any AI-assisted work follows the agreed controls and scope; it does not replace client decisions.

What you receive

The agreed scope determines the exact deliverables. A BUILD engagement may include one or several of these outputs.

Possible BUILD outputs
  • Configured systems and workflows

The agreed processes, ownership and handoffs put into working system behaviour.

  • Prepared or connected data

Information prepared, connected or moved to support the agreed environment.

  • Reports and agreed automation

Management information based on agreed definitions, with automation where it is suitable and in scope.

  • Testing and handover information

Results checked against the approved requirements, with outstanding exceptions and handover information to support client acceptance.

How delivery works

We agree what the work will be checked against, implement it, then validate and prepare the transition with your team.

  1. Confirm the build baseline

Agree the approved design, scope, dependencies, business rules and acceptance criteria that the work will be checked against.

  2. Construct and configure

Implement the agreed systems, connections, information structures, reporting and automation.

  3. Validate with the client

Check the technical result and support the client's user acceptance testing against the agreed requirements.

  4. Prepare the transition

Where needed, prepare users, information, dependencies and the cutover into the target environment.

  5. Reconcile and hand over

Check agreed outcomes, record exceptions and hand over the controls needed for ongoing operation.

The steps describe the approach; they do not set a fixed timeline or imply that every project includes every component.

What we each take responsibility for

Clear business decisions and technical responsibilities help keep implementation aligned with the approved plan.

Nebworx

We own the engineering approach, identify implementation risks and carry out the technical work within the agreed scope.

Your team

Client leaders decide business policy and ownership, approve business rules, take part in user acceptance testing and accept the result for business use.

Changes to the agreed baseline

If the design, rules, data, integrations, migration scope or acceptance requirements change materially after the build baseline is agreed, the change is reviewed and controlled with the client.

Handover and source data

What is checked when a system move is in scope?

Where a system move is in scope, handover includes checks on the agreed information and relationships, reconciliation results and outstanding exceptions. These provide a documented basis for client acceptance.

What if source records conflict?

Some data preparation may be needed to fit information into the approved target structure. If source records conflict or are historically wrong, the client decides which business facts are authoritative. Nebworx makes those issues visible; technical transformation does not silently settle them.

Start with what is already decided.

Tell us what you need to put in place, what design or transition plan you already have and which decisions are still open. We can discuss whether the next step is an approved BUILD scope or a paid review of the existing plan.
